The Project Manager is responsible (PM) for driving complex, high priority, projects or component phases of larger programs. The Project Manager is accountable for delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope. They will lead and coordinate cross-functional, cross-departmental, cross-company and are responsible for all aspects of a project, from initiation to closure. The Project Manager will interface with all areas affected by the project including executive stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors. They ensure adherence to quality standards and project deliverables including compliance, and internal affairs. The Project Manager will perform duties and makes complex decisions and recommendations under limited supervision, applying a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures. They exemplify strong initiative, leadership, and presentation skills.

Essential Duties
- Ensures project methodologies, project delivery processes, and implementation management processes are followed. This includes managing and driving:
- Project Schedule

- Scope Change Management
- Budget Adherence
- Manages the project budget. This includes understanding and validating estimates, cost variance tracking, and managing project resources effectively.
- Provides clear and concise project communication; both written and verbal.
- Manages project communications and stakeholder, client, and project team expectations.
- Conducts lessons learned and applies necessary improvements across the matrix organization.
- Treats people with respect; keeps commitments; inspires the trust of others; works ethically and with integrity; upholds organizational values; accepts responsibility for own actions.

Other duties:
- Complete and pass all assigned eLearning courses and certifications as required. Ensures their direct report remain current.
- Adhere to bank policies and procedures designed to comply with Federal regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, and OFAC regulations.
- Avoid all real or perceived conflicts of interest and always maintain client privacy and confidentiality.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
