We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Application Systems Analyst to join our WaFd Bank Technology team. This role is crucial designing, implementing, and maintaining applications that support our banking operations and ensure efficiency, security, and compliance. The person in this role will serve as a subject matter expert for the assigned application(s) and a strategic partner with WaFd’s business lines and Business Systems Analysts to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
The Application System Analyst will be responsible for maintaining existing applications, deploying and becoming an expert on new applications, understanding business requirements, designing and implementing application configurations, and ensuring alignment of technical solutions with strategic business objectives. The Application Systems Analyst will collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions tailored to the financial industry.
