We are seeking motivated individuals to assist clients with both personal and business banking solutions that improve their financial health and help them reach their goals. We seek creative individuals who think proactively about building relationships, delivering solutions, and representing WaFd in the communities we serve. As a personal banker, you will:
• Build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions.
• Open new accounts, onboard new relationships, originate loans and lines, refer to partners to help meet additional needs.
• Make out-of-office business development calls to businesses, community organizations, and referral sources.
• Adhere to bank policies and procedures designed to comply with Federal regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act and OFAC regulations.
• Reflect the core values and ethics of WaFd Bank, including integrity, teamwork, ownership, simplicity, discipline, and service. In addition, they must be kind.
